✦ Early Check-In: Guests who wish to check in before the standard check-in time may do so for an additional fee of $20. This service is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The exact check-in time will be determined by us.

✦Payments: Payments are collected in full at the time of booking. All payments must be made through the booking platform.
✦Authorization Holds: We’ll place a $500 authorization hold on your bank account at booking. No actual charge; it’s released 7 days after check-out unless there are damages. *WE DO NOT COLLECT THE DEPOSIT FOR AIRBNB RESERVATIONS*
