Beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for six weeks and we loved it. John and Alex were very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was beautiful and the beds were comfy. Thank you for everything!

Exceeded expectations

This home was exactly as stated. It was stocked with everything we needed (and more!), had very comfortable furniture and beds, neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and communication with the owner immediate and friendly. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and lanai, and would love to stay here again!

Great place!

My parents and I were looking to take a much needed vacation and also spend some long over due time with family that lives in Florida that we hadn't seen in years. The Hancock house was very clean and had everything that you could think of in case you forgot whatever it was that you needed. We had a dog with us and the pantry contained dog bowls in case someone forgot their bowls. There were many extra beach towels, board & card games to play, a Keurig for those coffee lovers and just about every kitchen utensil you could think of. There was a book in the entry with local things to do, beaches that were close, recommended restaurants and much more. The host was extremely responsive before during and after our vacation and very polite. We would definitely recommend this place! Great choice!
