• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell and one camera in the garage are installed. There are no cameras inside the house, on the pool deck, or at the rear of the house. Full privacy is guaranteed.
