Perfect place to stay in Cape Coral. The house is very close to restaurants and shopping but it sits on a quiet little road. Beaches are around a 30 minute drive. If you want to avoid the crowds, you could spend your day at the house enjoying the pool. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Great house for a week or more!

If you're planning a getaway with the spouse, family and or pets, this place is amazing. The owners have items available for kids, dogs, and adults alike. The pool was great and the lanai had a tv and bluetooth available for your entertainment. A large privacy fence completes the backyard. There's a large dining room table that seats 8 if you have a large family. Small touches like plenty of extra towels, laundry soap, paper towels, etc., were present and available. Other rentals we've had in this area, those items were on us to buy. Beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you need, and the bedrooms were spacious. Best place we've rented in Cape Coral in the past 5 years.
