Great home

We stayed for a little over two weeks had no issues. Great check in, close to a lot of the places that we wanted to go to. House was very clean. We were there to just relax, so really enjoyed the pool very easy communication with the owner. The only time we had to reach out was the temperature took a dip in Florida and so did the pool and he came right over and raise the temperature for us. we would definitely go back.

Winter Escape

This is a wonderful property in a nice quiet neighborhood! It was clean and comfortable and Tom was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location for dining and entertainment, too! More bath and hand towels and wash clothes would be an added bonus. Consider taking some with you if staying for a week or so. We would definitely stay there again!

Weathering the Storm

We had booked about 2 months ago for Oct. 8th to 15th Obviously unaware of what was to come on Oct. 8th and 9th. So, we didn't arrive for our stay till Oct, 10th. Tom was kind enough to amend our week from Oct.10th to the 17th, this was very kind of him. Tom was very timely to react to the few requests we had during our stay. My wife spent time in the pool very day, I enjoyed sitting out by the pool playing my guitar. The home is a very comfortable feeling place. We would surely rent this place again. I can not say enough great things about this beautiful house and the great host . I 100% recommend staying there . We are already planning our next visit . The host thought of everything and added so many special little touches . We had sort of a unique situation with our traveling and time line and they were so gracious and worked with us . Amazing Sunsets

Beautiful & spacious home! The pool was clean and the temperature was "just right" ~ and added lots of enjoyment to our stay! We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Every single thing was perfect for us. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. The pool was warm and clean. The lanai was so comfortable and we loved sitting at the table and eating dinner, watching tv or playing board games. The dock areas were fantastic. The home had everything you could need. We didnt need to leave for anything but food. The beds were comfortable and the house well set up. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing week. Tom and Ellie are very courteous and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area

BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING HOME!!

Our stay at Dream Catcher was amazing! Home is stunning, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and even had a complimentary bottle of wine on ice waiting for our arrival! What a wonderful surprise! Made us feel so special, and so welcomed! We had use of new bikes, kayaks, the beautiful pool, and beach towels were provided. We so appreciated and loved all the wonderful amenities that this home has to offer! Everything was well thought out for anyone staying at this lovely home! We had everything we needed. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time! Totally relaxing and the gorgeous sunset views from the canal were stunning!! Plenty of wonderful restaurants with water views and the food was amazing! We visited Fort Myers Beach, but our favorite by far was Sanibel Island! The beaches were gorgeous and I was amazed at the huge seashells we found! The owners Tom & Elie were wonderful, so sweet, and quick to reply if you need anything! Thank you Tom & Elie for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay at your home! We will ALWAYS cherish our stay and lovely memories made while staying in Cape Coral! Beautiful home, wonderful hosts!

Dreamcatcher is a beautiful home! We stayed for a week and loved every second of it from the moment we walked in the door. The house is well-appointed with everything you need. Dishes, utensils, a Keurig and separate coffee maker. Pool towels, bath towels and extra blankets for those like me that need extra because I’m always cold. The master suite was gorgeous and extremely large, as is the bathroom. The shower was wonderful and had plenty of room for my 6’10” boyfriend. The dual walk-in closets were perfect for unpacking and staying organized. The king size bed was comfortable and we slept great each night. There are 2 other bedrooms and full bath on the opposite side of the house so if traveling with family, it makes a nice separation. The kitchen is large and laid out well, and while we didn’t cook any meals, there is literally everything you would need ready for you. The lanai and pool area was amazing and we spent a lot of time swimming. The temperature was a bit cold for me the first day, so Tom quickly came over and adjusted it so it was much more comfortable for my northern skin. The dock area runs the entire length of the property and then some, with several areas to sit and watch the water and boats go by. Tom and Elie were such gracious hosts and were available within a few minutes if needed. Overall, we loved this home and felt so comfortable and relaxed. We would highly recommend Dreamcatcher and would love to book again in the future. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom's beautiful home on the canal! His communication was excellent... always quick to respond to our various questions. We loved everything from the comfortable bed, spacious master bath, well-stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space -- so sweet! The pool temperature was perfect, and it was lovely to be able to grill and dine outside, or relax on the comfy seating and enjoy the sunsets! We enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood, and the location is perfect to take in everything from Ft. Myers beaches to Pine Island (including the awesome art gallery in Bokeelia!). The home is exceptionally clean with attention to all the details. Thank you, Tom! We highly recommend Dream Catcher!!

Relaxing vacation

The minute we walked into Tom and Ellie’s beautiful Dream Catcher home we knew it would be a relaxing vacation. The home had everything we needed and more. We spent the days/ evenings by the pool and also sitting in the chairs near the canal. Tom was so helpful letting us know about his favorite restaurants since we were new to the area. We will definitely be going back next year. I would recommend this home to all my friends!!

Beautiful, Comfortable Home

During our three weeks stay in Florida this was our third rental property. We started out on Pine Island for three days so we could eat at Lobster Lady, went down to marathon for two weeks, then we extended our trip and stayed in Cape Coral the last three nights, so we could eat at Lobster Lady one more time prior to going back to Minnesota. Most people will only rent Sunday to Sunday or Saturday Saturday. They did not having any problem renting to us from Saturday to Tuesday. From the time that we booked until the time that we left, they were very very responsive and courteous and friendly. The home was very comfortable. From the beds, the appliances and all of the necessities we needed to Stay in the home without having to run to the store immediately for hand soap, dish soap, or paper plates, etc.. The pool was fantastic and the patio furniture with the outdoor TV were exceptional. A nice extra perk. They even had a complementary bottle of wine, chilled and ready for us when we arrived. Unfortunately, we do not usually see that kind of hospitality in a VRBO rental. We are not big drinkers so we did not drink the wine, but we did appreciate the fact that it was left there for us. we would definitely rent this property again and we would definitely recommend it to all of our family and friends.

Everything was as described. We appreciated absolutely everything. The hosts were absolutely attentive and very quick to respond. We loved our stay and the recommendations on dining in the area. Definitely look forward to staying again. The pool was great and using the boat dock made our visit so convenient. The grill was clean and had plenty of gas for us to be able to cook outdoors during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had the most beautiful view of the sunset poolside everynight! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Villa on the Canal

Tom and Ellie were incredible hosts from the day of arrival until the we left. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond and were incredibly helpful. The house and view were amazing. The kids loved the pool and my wife enjoyed relaxing by the pool watching TV. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.
