Welcome to our newly renovated Seaside Villa Private Beach. Special attention was paid to the outdoor area. But also inside it convinces with bright and modern furnishings. The Villa Private Beach has a perfect location with southeast orientation overlooking a wide canal and access to the Gulf. The existing boat lift can be used with pleasure. Dreamlike sunsets at barbecue evenings with family and friends are guaranteed here.

Also in the interior, the modern Seaside Villa Private Beach leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser for cool drinks and the kitchen counter offers space for 5 people.

The open and modern living area is equipped with a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable leather suite and a Smart TV. For the feel-good factor, there is also an animated fireplace under the TV. Separate from the living area there is also an office. Wifi is available throughout the house.

From the master bedroom, which is equipped with a king size bed and a Smart TV, you have direct access to the pool area with spa and to your own master bathroom. The master bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet.

The first guest bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV, offers direct access to the pool area, and has a queen bed. The directly adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and a sink.

The second guest room is also equipped with a smart TV and a quennsize bed. The bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC is right next to it.

The fourth sleeping option is a queen size guest bed to fold out in the office.

There is direct access to a separate WC from the pool area.

For leisure activities, there is an additional highlight of the house. A separate game room with dartboard and pool table. The garage itself can be used for storage of vehicles with pleasure.

For exploring the canals and diving into the mangroves, two kayaks for adults and a children's kayak are still available free of charge.

Sisters Week 2025

We are 5 sisters that meet up once a year in Florida. This house was very clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood.The master bedroom is exceptional.The other bedrooms have large closets but limited dresser space .

Great place to vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was a very clean property! The pool and sap were absolutely wonderful and we spent most of our time enjoying. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to so many things! We enjoyed evening walks counting all the burrowing owls and rabbits outside, soaking up the quiet. Would highly recommend this place to a family!

CAPE CORAL GET AWAY

Enjoyed the location and overall home. Would have been nice to have furniture that would have seated 6 in living room. Tv's were hard to figure out trying to get local channels. A keyless pad for the front door would be more convenient than a key. Maybe better knife set and kitchen towels. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub with great sunsets in back yard.

Beautiful property

Owner and property manager were very easy to communicate with. The property is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is very clean, modern and everything is updated. Beautiful Property

We were very pleased with this property that offered plenty of fun. The property is very nicely updated with new furniture. The pool and spa were very nice. Grill was clean and perfect for grilling steaks and burgers. Enjoyed the fire pit as well given the chilly evening temps. Pool table in the garage any kayaks kept us busy. Highly recommend this property in Cape Coral.

My family and i really enjoyed our stay, house is beautiful and very clean. The pool and backyard is beautiful. Property manager was more then helpful catering to all our out needs very quickly. Ein großes Lob an Seaside Vacations Rentals (Agentur vor Ort). Hervorragende Kommunikation und persönlicher Kontakt. Das Ferienhaus entsprach 1:1 der Beschreibung auf den Webseiten. Der Aufenthalt dort war hervorragend. Es fehlte an Nichts. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
