The spacious primary suite feels like a boutique hotel retreat with a king bed, private lanai access, Roku TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a relaxing jetted soaking tub.



The guest bedrooms are thoughtfully separated from the primary suite for additional privacy — ideal for families or couples traveling together. One guest room features a queen bed and direct lanai access with beautiful waterfront views, while the second guest room offers two twin beds and a small workspace for remote work or school breaks.

The private dock and captain’s walk provide space to tie up a boat up to 24 feet, making it easy to explore Cape Coral’s extensive canal system and nearby Gulf waters. Guests can also enjoy the provided cruiser bikes to explore the surrounding neighborhood and nearby waterfront areas. Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use.
