The house was completely renovated in 2012/2013 and has modern, yet cosy furnishing. The house is on a 1100 sqm property and has a living space of 210 sqm. It offers space for up to 6 people. The kitchen has a practical passage to the large terrace. The terrace and the pool area are spacious (a highlight is the cosy lounge in the outdoor area). The pool is electrically heatable. The house has a double garage in which you can safely park your vehicle or rental car. You can get to the facility room in the house through a door.

Relaxing with friends

This is our 2nd stay at this property and have already booked for next year. The pool area is so piece full and relaxing. The house was clean and well taken care of. We went for walks everyday around the neighborhood and the people were so friendly to talk too. Henning answered all our questions and concerns. Cannot wait until our next stay.

Little Summer getaway

We just spent a week at this property with our 11 year old daughter. We all loved this house, especially the pool area. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending the evenings by the pool playing games and listening to music. The pool was a bit cold for our taste so we weren't able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked, other than that we loved our stay.

Great Vacation

My husband and I just spent a week at this property with our 8 year old son. We all loved this house, especially the pool area. The house had everything we needed, including beach gear and nice big beach towels. The neighbors were all very friendly, as well as the property management company that stopped by as well. We enjoyed spending the evenings around the patio table with the lights on outside and playing games and listening to music. We would like to visit again in the future!

Family spring break

My family of 4 stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed every minute! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well appointed. The beach towels, toys and chairs provided were appreciated. You can tell that the owner has invested in the property by the high quality pool lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool is in really good condition. The house is located near shopping (Target and Publix) and restaurants, as well as an easy drive to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, a lovely stay for our family. We will recommend to others and we would stay here again if traveling to this area.

Paradise at Villa Lion's Garden

We stayed at this home, Villa Lion’s Garden, for 3 weeks in early December 2020. It was wonderful. The home was exactly as pictured and the owners were gracious and very easy to correspond with. If we had a question on anything, the owner was very prompt in getting back to us. The check in process was very easy and Greg from the property management company was there promptly the day after we arrived at the home. Greg was on time and very informative and answered any questions that we had. There is also a check out process that Greg does after the renters leave the home. This home is spacious with lots of room and accessibility. The home is very well furnished and comfy with lots of amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area is gorgeous with a very nice patio extension that has an outdoor couch and chairs for your enjoyment. You can be in the sun all day or also enjoy the shade if you prefer with a nice outdoor table that seats 8. There is also a nice size dock to fish off of. Plenty of natural light radiates into the home that makes it warm and inviting. This was a good find for us and perfect for our family. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors. The home is located just off Veterans Parkway and Santa Barbara Avenue with Publix grocery store, Target and CVS along with several restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks in Villa Lion’s Garden and highly recommend this home. We will definitely be returning to this 5-star home in the near future.

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus, der Pool, Ausstattung alles super. Das einzige Manko sind Krabbeltiere (Ameisen oder sowas), die einfach nicht aus der Küche zu vertreiben waren. Wir haben alle Lebensmittel luftdicht verpackt und dauernd gesaugt, wir sind sie trotzdem nicht losgeworden. Keine Ahnung was die Ursache ist. So ausgeprägt hatten wir es in keiner anderen Unterkunft. Seitens Hausverwaltung wurde jedoch alles versucht zu helfen.

Es war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. War bei Ankunft alles top sauber. Haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und herzlich. Man hat in Cape Coral und Umgebung alles was man braucht. Würde dieses Haus definitiv wieder buchen.

Entsprach nicht den Erwartungen

Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und das merkt man leider auch. - die Küchenfronten sind extrem abgenutzt - generell wirkt das Haus innen ehr altbacken und „muffig“ - die Decken Ventilatoren wackeln extrem so das diese teilweise nicht nutzbar waren - wir hatten Kakerlaken im Haus - es befand sich Mäusekot auf der Durchreiche - die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Komplett durchgelegen - der Grill ist eine Frechheit für ein Haus dieser Preiskategorie. Ein Brenner funktionierte gar nicht und der Grill ist schon halb weggerostet - das einzig wirklich positive ist der Pool der wirklich sehr schön ist Die Hausverwaltung in Form von Henning ist sehr sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat auch kurzfristig auf verschiedene Dinge sehr gut reagiert. Von gebuchten 14 Tagen haben wir nur 7 genutzt und haben lieber die Kosten für weitere Hotels auf uns genommen als die Zeit in einem Haus zu verbringen, wo wir uns nicht wohlfühlen

Wir haben wunderbare 12 Tage hier verbracht. Der schöne Pool mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten trug zur Entspannung bei. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alles Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Henning Holzschuh, als Ansprechpartner vor Ort, war perfekt. Nett, hilfsbereit, kompetent und super erreichbar. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter war einenfalls sehr gut. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Lage am Kanal

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über alles was notwendig ist um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Vor allem der Aussenbereich mit Pool und bequemen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten wurde von uns oft genutzt. Dieses Haus kann man bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Villa für einen entspannten Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaften, entspannten Urlaub dank dieser sehr schönen Villa, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Das Haus ist super geräumig mit zwei sehr gemütlichen Wohnzimmern. Das gibt sogar zwei Familien oder Eltern mit Kindern die Möglichkeit, sich zu separieren. Es hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit einem super Pool. Die Lage ist zentral. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. .
