Cape Coral snowbird vacation

This rental was nice, with a few tweaks it could be outstanding. First, the house is new & is very nice. The furnishings were nice, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us to feel as though we had privacy. The backyard & pool was a nice size and very clean. The owner has added a new table and 8 chairs to the outdoor area which was great for enjoying the outdoors even more. Inside, the primary suite is very nice with a lg tv, 2 walk in closets and a huge bathroom complete with walk in shower & free standing tub. The king bed and bedding was comfortable. (There is no dresser in the primary). The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed with similar bedding and a large closet & this bedroom had a dresser but no tv. The 3rd bedroom is smaller, but also has a large closet & dresser. This room had a tv. The second bathroom is shared by bedroom 2 & 3 -it has a single sink & a walk in shower. The main common area is roomy & accommodated us very comfortably. There is a very large tv (85”) in this room. Some of the things that could be improved- a few more dishes (small plates, storage/baking dishes), the dishwasher needs to be secured, & we had an issue with the oven beeping with an error message. The host sent a repairman & provided a complimentary cleaning. The grill needs to be replaced. Prior to rental, the owner should remove their food to provide room for the renters. Towel bars to hang wet towels, a vacuum, broom & basic cleaning supplies. Overall a very good home.
