Experience the ultimate luxury vacation with this gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully-furnished house. The spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts high ceilings, providing a grand and comfortable atmosphere for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

Step outside onto the sunny pool area with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool, offering stunning views of the river. Relax and unwind in the evening while enjoying a refreshing drink on the terrace by the pool or grilling up a delicious meal on the separate barbecue terrace. It doesn't get any better than this!

For your entertainment, the house is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, high-speed WIFI, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and more. You'll also have access to a dishwasher, washer, and dryer for your convenience.

Please note that we charge $0.20 per kwh for electricity usage. On average, guests use around $15.00-$20.00 per day.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we will provide a basic set of consumables, including 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can, plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. However, you will need to take care of your own needs for the remainder of your stay. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
