The outdoor area features a private screened-in pool and jacuzzi, with a convenient pool bathroom (toilet and sink). Open living space, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and parking for up to 4 cars make this home ideal for a relaxed Florida stay.



Other Things to Note:

We will provide family essentials including a high chair, pack ’n play, and kids’ dinnerware for your convenience.

The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood—no parties or loud noise allowed.

Check-in is via smart lock, and the code will be shared as soon when house will be ready for you ( day of you arrival.)

The garage is not available for guest use, but there is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
