This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, side by side fridge with icemaker, flat top stove and microwave. Fully equipped to prepare all your gourmet meals. Direct TV and lots of streaming channels and free WIFI.

Master bedroom has a new queen bed with ensuite bath and TV. Guest room has 2 new double beds and hall bath with a tub and shower.

Large tv in living room with reclining love seat and reclining sofa. Dining area seats 4 and a counter top bar seats 2.

Covered patio and a open patio to soak up the sun! Lush tropical landscaping with a fruit bearing mango tree.

Less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Cape Coral where there are plenty of dining options, entertainment and special events.

RSW airport and the gulf beaches are just a 30 minute drive. Pets accepted with approval and a $150 pet fee, large fenced yard for your fur baby!

Well Appointed Work In Progress But Noisy!

Rental Manager was easy to work with and very responsive. The home is well appointed with comfort & convenience including dining, family room seating and beds. Kitchen is very well stocked for all of your needs. There are a few things that seem unfinished- En-suite bath & walk-in closet have curtains instead of doors, and screened patio door has been removed so unable to open sliding doors to bring in the spring air or enjoy in evenings without bugs . The home is also feet away from a very busy road with a 4 way stop so there is constant braking/revving of engines which was pretty noisy day & night.

Comfortable, Quirky, not so quiet

The property was very clean and quite comfortable. We found it slightly "quirky" that the ensuite bathroom only had a curtain for privacy. It was a very nice neighborhood, but on a somewhat busy intersection. Apparently in Florida the louder your vehicle is, the better.
