Rent a boat, and you're only 15 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

Villa Pelican Rose has everything you need from the perfect SWFL vacation home. The traditional indoor/outdoor living space with sliding doors leading out to the pool area, giving you the most spectacular view over the pool and canal. Plenty of space to relax for the entire group; outdoor dining area, sun beds etc. Down on the dock there's additional seating under a typical Florida tiki hut. Comfortable seating areas to enjoy the view of the canal and to watch the boats go by or fish from the dock.

Everything in the house was great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was perfect. We loved the dock area and hung out there quite a bit. We were able to dock our boat with no problems and had easy access to the Gulf. Location was premium, close to everything in Cape Coral! Great place to stay.

Property was well kept. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and where we spent our entire time. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies/dishes/utensils etc… Quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great time!
