Must like sharing.

Our stay was a short weekend visit to Fort Myers to visit our family member. The house is clean and cozy. The one problem is you have to share the back yard and pool area. Unfortunately we didn’t have very considerate tenants next door. The tenants took over the entire yard by placing towels in every chair at the crack of dawn and played loud music till sun down, never left the pool area. We enjoyed nothing the house had to offer. Note to renting, must like sharing!

perfect floor plan

Beautiful property

Our stay was amazing. We were there for funeral services. The house is beautiful inside and out. I broke my foot a week before leaving for trip. Each room had a remote that operated the ceiling fan/light which made my life a little easier. It's definitely the little things!! The canal is amazing. We sat out on the patio just watching the boats come through. The pool is beautiful. The only issue we had was a maintenance man came to replace the screens on the screened patio. Well he removes all of the screens and leaves. We were unable to sit on the patio any longer after that because the flies were so terrible that they just took over our lunch, our drinks and us!!

Great View

The property is very nice, only issues were dirty toilet under the seat, and some food debris in silverware drawer. Also be super careful about the bright green caterpillars on the back patio. They have a very painful sting, and there were about 30 of them out by the pool. Would be great if they had some kayaks by the dock.
