Close to rotary park, tarpons point, cape harbor, downtown Cape Coral, river district, Ft Myers beach, Sanibel. Naples is 45- to an hour.
Getting Around:
private driveway for parking. lay along dock space for your boat. Boat lift and boat on the lift are not available for use.
Other Things to Note:
kayaks available to use. Pool heated to 86 during winter months. The heater is mechanical and most efficient during normal south Florida winter weather. An unusual cold front won’t allow the heater to reach temperature daily. The cameras are only outside on the driveway, dock and pool equipment. No cameras inside the house or on the pool. These are for security and to make sure our pool, lawn and house keeping are keeping the property maintained and on schedule. They are not on all the time and only activate with motion
Interaction with Guests:
Only interaction might be to get the boat off of the lift or a car out of the garage. However, Very unlikely . Will give plenty of notice if this were to happen.
