SEASIDE VILLA LEMON BAY - For families and enthusiastic boaters
The Seaside Villa Lemon Bay impresses especially with its excellent location. In just a few minutes you are by boat directly on the Caloosahatchee River.
The vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which offer space for a total of 6 people. The house is therefore very suitable for couples as well as families due to its excellent facilities for children and babies. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a 40" TV. The first guest room has a queen size bed and a 30" TV. The second guest room is furnished with two twin beds.
The living room has comfortable seating and a 50" TV. Here you will also find enough space to relax and enjoy.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. It is additionally equipped with all the utensils and spices needed for cooking with the whole family and offers a great view of the pool area.
The outdoor area of the villa is also very cozy with a seating area, a dining area for 6 people and four loungers and thus offers plenty of seating and lounging options to relax by the pool and spa of the house. The pool and whirlpool can be heated electrically if desired. On the terrace you will also find a large gas grill.
In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room of the villa. Free wifi is of course also available. The villa has garage and air conditioning in all rooms.
To keep leaves, grass and insects away, the terrace area including the pool is protected by a cage (insect net).
Beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs are available for a trip to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach.
The in-house three bicycles, two kayaks and a golf bag may of course be used free of charge.
