Newer 4 bedroom 3 bath home with screened pool area. Solar HEATED Pool with waterfall for spending quality time with family and friends. Property also has a dock on a Gulf Access Canal. Perfect location to comfortably take advantage of all the area has to offer, including local shopping and dining. Minimum renter age 25 yrs old. please note: The house is for sale. We may have showing requests during your stay. We will provide ample advanced notice to allow showing of the property.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Cape Coral Sports Complex. 3 bathrooms and a TV are available in the vacation home.
