Villa Serenity is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral. It is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. In just 2 minutes by car you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a delicious ice creme place, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great waterfront restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, unnique shops, life music and more. Another few minutes to the east and you will be in downtown Cape Coral with even more awesome restaurants, a weekly Farmers Market, a bowling alley and multiple beautiful parks.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

Rent a boat and explore our beautiful islands, take the kayaks for a spin through our mile long canals, take a dip in the heated pool, watch the sun come up in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee, spend the evenings with a glass of wine in the awesome hot tub, relax in the sun with a good book and last but not least enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner at sunset on the nicely lit patio – how do days like that sound? Located in a quiet divine neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral Villa Serena makes you feel home from home the moment you enter this beautiful sophisticated home. With its coastal interior and warm colors you get into vacation mode the moment you open the doors.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We have you covered, from beach towels to blow-dryers, from coffee maker to blender.

The kitchen provides everything you could possibly need to spoil your loved ones with a special family dinner. You can be creative and prepare a feast without feeling you are missing out on the festivities thanks to the open floor plan.

The master suite has a direct access to a little seating area on the patio.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. One guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed.




Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
