We had a wonderful time at this hike in Cape Coral. The heated pool and hot tub and outside area was so nice to use daily. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything you could possibly need!

The Perfect Rental!

We booked a last minute 3 night stay here.. the booking process was instant, clear communications ahead of arrival.. no issues! The house is beautifully remodeled and includes pretty much anything you could ever need, including most condiments and some coffee in the fridge. The pool and hot tub were great, and the brand new dock was exactly what we needed for our stay. The location is perfect if you’re coming with a boat, just a few turns away from open water, restaurants, etc. We will always be choosing this property when coming to the area :)

House was great. Very clean. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. The owner and house manager were very quick with responses and recommendations. 5 stars. For the owner I would invest in some lounge chairs by the pool, there was one on the dock but these would be great. We did buy some blow up rafts that we left for future guests. Also pool was hot, I believe due to the hot weather and I don’t think there’s a way to cool it down but either way we would definitely recommend!!

What an amazing re model with all the accommodations!! We loved staying at the house thanks Mike! This home had everything we needed and more. Heated pool and close to tarpon pointe where we ate twice. Also close to Cape Harbour. Will stay again!!
