Overall, would absolutely stay again. The house grows on you and the indoor outdoor living is the main reason for the 5 stars. Caroline was very responsive to messages. The only con is that the King bed mattress was soooo soft that none of the adults could handle it so we had to switch rooms and put the kids in there. Thankfully the other mattresses were very supportive, so it wasn't a huge deal.

We were only at the home a few days but would recommend. The pool and lanai were super, as was the view of canal. Sadly it was too cold when we were there to utilize pool but we spent most of our time on lanai. Kitchen well appointed. Used the washer/dryer. The only thing we would have liked were TV’s in the bedrooms for late night individual tv watching, but we did know from listing that there weren’t any. Good central location for exploring Fort Meyers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

The pool was the reason we chose this place for our trip and it did not disappoint.It was easy to find and Caroline was helpful before and during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with fun options near by for dining. Point 57 and a fun Mexican restaurant called Class Azul.

Perfect home for family of 4

We came down here to play in a travel baseball tournament with my 15 year old son. We needed to be able to eat breakfast and make lunches to be at a ball field. The pool gave us the ability to cool off the laundry was key. The home was spacious enough forMy family of 4. I wish there was more than 1 TV and having only 1 key to the house caused someIssues for us as we all needed to leave and return together. We didn’t use the kayaks as there was no rope to tie them up on the dock so I wasn’t sure how we would get in and out of them without assistance. Over all it was everything that we needed and it was perfect.. thank you!

Great location, home is as described

This home has all of your needs covered! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 beach chairs came in handy for lazy days on the beach. Very clean! We really enjoyed our time in the lanai, and the pool/jacuzzi were a nice bonus. Great communication with the host, nice binder with all the information for your stay. We chose this home for its central location to all of the shelling beaches we wanted to go to. The beds were comfortable. Would stay here again and again! host

Wonderful House Great Experience

The View!

This VRBO did not disappoint! When you walk through the front door the view comes through the 3 sliding glass doors, out to the pool area and beyond to the canal. We swam days and night, fished in the canal, played ping pong, hosted dinner, went seashell searching at Sanibel Island, and enjoyed relaxing. This was our first, but not last, time staying at this VRBO. It was clean, comfortable and our host was very accommodating. We highly recommend this stay!

Good location and nice setup. Very disappointed to see a lot of little bugs in one of the bedrooms. Floors should have been cleaned before our arrival. A second television would have been nice. Remote for hot tub did not work. Light in living room ceiling fan did not work.

Stay for the Pool!

The pool/outdoor living space makes this an awesome spot to stay! Right on the canal, too. We loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The location is very good with easy access to all Fort Myers and Cape Coral have to offer, which is a lot! If you're looking for a super updated space, or to spend a lot of time in bed, this probably isn't it, but if you're looking for a place to enjoy a pool and outdoor areas, this is a great option!

Great for renting a boat and boating the River and Gulf

It was a great place to rent! We didn't see Kayaks they stated but we rented a boat and that was great! The pool is great and the location. We were happy they had some simple items like salt and pepper and coffee filters! They need to order better pillows for the beds. The pillows were so thin we had to bunch up clothes so only thing is bring your own pillows! Thanks for a great time!

We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. The home met all of our needs and then some. Our children spent 3-4 hours a day in the pool, that was the highlight of their stay.
