With its elegant Old Florida architecture, Villa Coral Escape immediately catches the eye. All rooms are extra-spacious. High ceilings and large windows let Florida´s sunshine in, so you will enjoy plenty of natural light.

4 bedrooms in different sizes are available. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV and direct access to the lanai – perfect if you want to go for a quick swim. The second bedroom also comes with a king-size bed. Two more bedrooms are located on the upper floor, right next to a cozy reading area. There, guests can choose between a queen-size bed and two twin beds.

There are 3 bathrooms in total: including a spacious master bathroom. In addition to 2 lavatories, you will find a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

You want to socialize with your whole family? Then, the living area is perfect. Get comfortable on the leather couch and enjoy movies on a large flatscreen TV. Of course, the villa also provides a kitchen with ample space and a large kitchen isle, so you can cook with all your guests. Oven, microwave and refrigerator are available – just like cutlery, dishes and a variety of utensils.

An elegant table with 8 chairs graces the living area. Or how about dining outside? No problem. Just take a seat in the roofed lanai section. Here, you will also find the villa´s gas grill – perfect or barbecues. No vacation in Florida would be complete without swimming. Cool off in the villa´s pool, splash around with your children and enjoy the beautiful canal view. Sunbeds and a steaming whirlpool offer even more relaxation.

If you want explore islands like Sanibel or Captiva Island, you are in for a treat. The villa features a boat dock and is located at the saltwater canal. This means that you can directly access the Gulf of Mexico without wasting time.

On land, the location leaves nothing to be desired, either. A 5-minute drive is enough to go shopping at Publix and Walmart. The next ALDI is 15 minutes away, and in addition, you will find a variety of restaurants. At Cape Harbor, 2 miles to the south, excellent steaks and seafood await you. Looking for fine sand under palm trees? In 13 minutes, you can reach Cape Coral´s Yacht Club Beach. Another highlight for families is Sun Splash Family Waterpark, 8.5 miles to the north.

HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com

Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40-$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.

Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
