VRCC Villa Bellagio - 5* Villa for up to 8 guests

For boaters, Villa Bellagio offers an excellent starting point. You will be on the open water in a few seconds. Endless journeys through the channel system with speed limits are therefore no longer necessary.

The corresponding boat can be booked with the house. All of our boats have powerful engines (at least 250HP), GPS system with depth measurement and fish finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. A BOATING LICENSE IS NOT REQUIRED.

Even completely inexperienced boaters get their money's worth here. The proximity to the open water makes driving child's play. Every boat driver receives a boat instruction when the house is handed over.

The villa itself is at the end of a street with no noticeable traffic. There is no quieter vacation. The Yachtclub is characterized above all by the many new villas on the river and the lovingly designed gardens. Restaurants and shops can be reached with the in-house bicycles as well as on foot. Cape Coral Beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

The holiday villa is equipped with everything your heart desires. The house has the full Comcast / Xfinity cable television package.

The pool area faces west and guarantees sun all day long at the pool as well as fantastic sunsets. The pool can be secured for small children with a pool security. The pool area with large swimming pool and whirlpool can be heated separately.

Cooking experts get their money's worth in the kitchen. You don't have to do without anything in the holiday home either. All the amenities of a normal kitchen can be expected here. The outdoor kitchen is on the terrace.

From the open living area, the kitchen and the dining room there is a view and access to the pool area. The villa has 2 separate master bedrooms with large king size beds. Ideal for 2 families, no parents have to do without the comfort of the master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. In the fourth bedroom there is a sofa that can be easily converted into a queen size bed.

Please note that this home is kept pet-free due to a severe allergy of the homeowner. We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets during their stay. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you and helping make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great stay at Villa Bellagio

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It is beautiful, well maintained, and very well stocked. We wanted for nothing! We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this one was one of the nicest! The rental model is a bit different than other VRBO properties we have rented, but these differences are either noted in the listing or covered in the subsequent rental contract noted in the listing. I note some of the differences here, fyi: - No cancellation period. - Price is based on 2 people, price is higher if you have more in your party. - Electricity is not covered in the rental. While we have seen surcharges or additional fees for using pool heaters or hot tubs, this is the first property we have stayed in where all electricity is an additional cost, based on actual usage during the stay. I only point these out as they differ from our past experience with VRBO and will affect the total cost of the rental for persons interested in the property. The property is outstanding. We found the management company to be very responsive. Instructions for using the pool and spa should be updated to include the usage of an app to control using the pool and spa. We lost some pool time because this was not communicated and needed to be figured out.

Awesome House!

We loved our stay at Villa Bellagio. The house is centrally located to all that SW Florida has to offer. For sure rent a boat, VRCC made it super easy, Josh the boat guy :) is fantastic. The canal system makes it super easy to boat to nearby beaches. The property management staff was easy to contact and work with. We hope to return next December and would totally stay again if house is available.

The house was perfect, almost too big for 4 adults. The only thing we would have liked is to have the outside fireplace functional and a couple beach chairs to take to the beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home

This home is well built and after staying there 2 months, we never seen a bug which is saying something for a Florida home. Location is good especially if you have a boat. The sliding glass doors opened and closed better than we ever experienced. Kitchen was great but no electric mixer if that is important to you. Plenty of nice towels throughout the home. The home was very clean and smelled good when we walked in.

The photos don’t quite do this property justice. We had a great stay, spent a lot of time by the pool. We never did get the hot tub working, but the positives far outweigh this one negative. The pool area was cool, comfortable and even had a television. The kitchen has modern appliances, the beds are very comfortable, and the master bathroom is spectacular. Management responds quickly to all questions. I would absolutely bring my family to this property again.
