Villa San Miguel is located in one the best locations of Cape Coral, very close to parks and golf courses. It impresses with a great room layout and large bright rooms.

It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas of Cape Coral. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are all close by. This vacation home is especially suitable for families with children.

Our villa is located on a salt water canal and offers access to the Gulf of Mexico. A dream for every boater. The matching boat can be booked as an optional extra to this house and will be handed over by a competent boat driver on your arrival. Boat instructions and appropriate tips will be on site. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE! Please ask us if you are interested in that.

Our villa was extensively renovated until 2022. All furniture and appliances are new. The kitchen and bathrooms are new. The pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool you can enjoy the fantastic view down the canal. Electrically heated, the pool brings the water at any time of the year to a comfortable temperature that you can choose for yourself.

From the elegant, light-filled living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden (with own mango tree). The glass sliding doors can be completely opened, so that sets a great interior-exterior feeling. A large BBQ grill is available for our guest as well

In addition to the large master bedroom with tv and king size bed and walk-in closet, you have queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower. From the guest bathroom with shower you have direct pool access.

From the bright and open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave they have fantastic pool and canal views.

Furthermore, there is free high speed WiFi throughout the house.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Coralwood Mall. Enjoy features like a water park and laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

Spring break

The house was lovely and just like the pictures. The property itself was perfect and in a great location. The communication with the management staff was lacking. They scheduled a check in appointment with us twice and never showed either time. Making us late for an appointment one time. We then got charged for propane tank that we did not use. I did finally get a refund for the propane tank after several emails. But again the house is as advertised and enjoyable stay.

loved the house and pool area. wouldn't rent again due to property management poor communication and response to issues. Pool was too dirty (bottom full of algae) It took two weeks before it was taken care of. We didn't get a welcome book with all house working instructions. We asked for one but never received it. Had to figure out everything on our own.

Excellent place, unfortunately pool was too green to swim in for 3 of the 4 days.

Place is excellent overall from cleanliness, internet speed, high end furniture and appliances, professionalism of the managers. Only complaint is that the pool water was green and unusable for the first 3 of the 4 days that we stayed, not very satisfying when the private pool is a major factor for renting the villa. Wish the owner would have offered at least some kind of discount or refund, even as little as 20% for this setback.
