Enjoy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the beautiful west coast of the notorious sunshine state, Florida!. Our home comes fully equipped with everything you may need including, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, linens, beach chairs, gas grill, and a screened in lanai with heated pool set at 82 degrees with 7 hour run time to filter and heat which is adequate for normal Florida weather ,unusual temperatures will affect consistent pool temperature , any higher temperature desired would be an extra charge of $100 per week . guaranteed for the perfect stay!

Close to the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples. Short commute to outlet mall shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores make for a convienent trip!

Perfect family getaway

The property and home were exactly as described. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. There were more than enough linens and basics for a week long stay. The pool heater worked well. We visited during one of Florida's coldest weeks in years and were still able to swim on sunny days.

Great vacation home

Loved our 2 week stay in this home. Kids Loved the pool and the turtles in the canal. Owner and property manager were awesome and on top of everything.

Easy to work with but tired property

Rental was easy as was check in and check out. And we really appreciated the fact that Norman rented to us for a long weekend instead of a whole week. The house was set up well for our family. We had grandparents, Adult children and a grandchild. I was glad I remembered to bring my own laundry supplies but it was great that there was a washer and dryer for us to use. The property was a little tired looking. By that I mean there were some things that needed a little updating and repair. But nothing that hindered our visit. The pool is in fact heated but on a timer that didn't allow it to get warmed up for us to really use. And we come from a Northern State and can take a LOT as can the 5 year old. It was nice to have a garage.

Beautiful home, spacious, great for our needs

We stayed here as part of a family reunion. The home was perfect for our needs, with the popular split design, our son and his family stayed on one side and the 2 of us on the other. The pool was wonderful and being next to the canal we saw turtles and paddle boats. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen spacious.
