The open floor plan, perfect for entertainment, leads you to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen where unforgettable memories are waiting to be made. Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with double sinks. The delightful guest bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting twin beds and the other a cozy queen. Ideally located for easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything else Cape Coral has to offer, this home guarantees an extraordinary vacation. Indulge in year-round relaxation with the heated pool and bask on the inviting pool deck adorned with comfortable lounge chairs and tables? The perfect spot to savor your meals while soaking in paradise. Welcome to the Villa Santa Monica!
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
