Villa Sunny Daze – fully stocked 4 BR/ 2 baths waterfront Villa with southern exposure, spa, pool table, dock, and fishing poles. Close to shopping and dining, located in the heart of Cape Coral. Full electricity included. Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 35 lbs. – needs approval please and pet fee applies.

We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.

Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.

One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.


Spent some sunny and relaxing days in our Villa Sunny Daze. With its southern exposure and electric pool heater you can enjoy the sun and the pool all day, all year round. Have some delicious BBQ dinners or relish your evening drink on the beautiful covered big lanai. Relax and read a book in one of our lounge chairs and watch the kids play in the pool. And after an amazing day at the beach, do some fishing at the dock, wind down in the spa, and shoot a game of pool with your family or friends.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful dinner. Both bathrooms have enough towels and there is a hairdryer in each bath.

The master suite has a king size bed a dresser and a big TV. The attached bathroom has a good size walk-in shower, a bathtub, a his and her sink, and a closed in toilet.

Two of the guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and each has of course a TV and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds and has also a TV.

The dock offers plenty of room to tie up a boat. It takes you about 30 minutes by boat to the river.

Villa Sunny Daze is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. 3 minutes to the north you will find a Publix, a Target, as well as a Walgreens, and multiple good restaurants. A little further to the south you will find out beautiful Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. Both harbors have great restaurants, some boardwalks, bars, shops, life music and more. There are also some nice parks and playgrounds within a few minutes by car.

The owners allow 1 non-shedding dog (no cats) up to 35lbs. Pre-approval is needed please and a pet fee of $150 applies.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
