What a great home! We had our family (kids/grandkids) stay here with us and the home was just perfect. Very comfortable with multiple sitting areas both inside and out and a separate room for all the young ones. The pool was perfect, warm and clean and the outside area in general were perfect for boat watching and the river view was amazing. Bedrooms, beds and all furnishings extremely nice. The host was outstanding, very responsive and accommodating any time we reached out. This place is a 10 OUT OF 10. We will be back!!

Everything was great including the pool , hot tub, and space, supplies etc. Only issue was the passage by the staircase where we all bumped our heads. Might want to pad the stairwell or put a furniture item in the path.

Our family had an amazing stay. The accommodations are amazing and the location and view are fantastic. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The living room feels like you are sitting outside thanks to the huge sliding doors. Definitely enjoyable.

The house was incredible — spotless, comfortable, and way nicer than the listing even shows. Perfect spot for our group during the Ft. Myers Boat Show. Everything was dialed-in: great layout, great amenities, and just an easy place to relax after long days at the show. Host was welcoming, responsive, and clearly takes pride in the place. Zero complaints — would absolutely stay again.
