Welcome to Pelican Way, your vacation home in SW Florida. Beautifully furnished private heated pool home fully equipped with everything you should need to have a wonderful vacation. Enjoy relaxing by the pool on the oversized lanai and fenced in back yard. This 3 bedroom - 2 bath private vacation home offers granite countertops ,newer appliances, Keurig Coffee Machine, baby pool fence, split bedroom floor plan and walk in closets. The kitchen area offers additional seating at breakfast bar area , and family room has a billiards table for family game nights! The lanai also offers a dining table for 6 and seating area as well as some lounge chairs to relax in. Visit our beautiful white sandy beaches, Cape Coral Beach only a 10 min drive way, other beaches about 30-45 min. away or maybe a round a golf? There are several golf courses within a 10-15 min drive away. We look forward to you staying with us at Pelican Way in SW Florida!
