THE TINY HOME EXPERIENCE
"The Mermaid" offers a unique opportunity to experience tiny home living with a group or family, accommodating up to five guests. Located at Inspiration Village tiny home community, this bright yellow A-frame utilizes a smart, multi-level layout to provide distinct zones for sleeping, cooking, and relaxing, ensuring everyone has space while maintaining the communal feel of a cabin getaway.

MORNING ROUTINE
Mornings in the cabin center around the functional kitchenette and living space. Brew coffee using the provided drip coffee maker and prepare a simple breakfast using the microwave or portable hotplate (note: there is no full stove or oven). The main floor features a small dining table with stools, while the front porch provides an outdoor seating option to take in the fresh forest air. Or, enjoy your meal at one of three village shared tables.

DAYTIME ACTIVITIES
The cabin is situated to keep groups entertained. Step outside to access the village's shared outdoor space, which features life-size yard games suitable for all ages. For a nature walk, gather the group and head down the private, unpaved trail (along Boulder Creek) located on the property. This trail offers a shaded, dense forest environment to explore.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The property provides varied sleeping arrangements to suit different group dynamics:
• The Loft Bedroom: Older children and agile adults will enjoy the A-frame loft. Accessed by an open-tread staircase, this room features a queen bed, a luggage rack, a ceiling fan, and a tall window framing the trees outside.
• The Main Bedroom: Located on the ground floor, this room offers a queen bed, room-darkening shades, and a TV, providing a private retreat without the need to climb stairs.
• The Living Area: The main room's futon easily converts into an additional sleeping space for one.

EVENING RELAXATION
After sunset, the interior remains comfortable thanks to the individual mini-split AC and heating system. Use the fast WiFi to stream a movie on the TV, or head outside to the communal fire pit. Surrounded by turquoise Adirondack chairs and illuminated by overhead string lights, it is a designated spot for guests of Inspiration Village to gather, wind down, and socialize.

BATHROOM DETAILS
The main-floor bathroom is easily accessible from the living area and lower bedroom. It features a standing shower, hot water, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). The space is anchored by a colorful mermaid shower curtain that ties into the cabin's theme.

ARRIVAL & PARKING
Groups will arrive through the main wooden archway of Inspiration Village. Free parking is located on the premises, and luggage drop-off is permitted to make unloading easy. Pets are allowed, so the family dog is welcome to join the trip.
