European Inspired Lofted Cottage in Tiny Home Village

Welcome to our European-inspired tiny home, an exercise in compact, efficient design located within a vibrant tiny home village. This property utilizes every square foot to provide a functional and comfortable stay for up to three guests. The exterior features crisp white siding and a newly constructed wooden deck, complete with an accessible access ramp.

LIVING AREA & LAYOUT
Enter through the glass-paned front door into a bright, linear living space characterized by white horizontal shiplap walls, vaulted ceilings, and durable gray wood-look laminate flooring. The room is illuminated by ample natural light from multiple windows equipped with horizontal blinds for privacy. The main seating area includes two dark gray armchairs centered around a small white side table, providing a spot for reading or watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a portable desk for use as a table or desk.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This tiny home offers flexible sleeping options across two levels. On the main floor, a blue daybed functions as casual seating during the day and converts to a sleeping space at night, complete with a pull-out trundle bed underneath. For a third guest or someone who prefers a separated space, a white open staircase leads to the upper loft. The loft area contains a single twin metal bed frame, a small black side table with a lamp, and a wooden luggage rack for convenient storage. Please note our unique sleeping arrangements: perfect for solo travelers, friends, colleagues or small families, featuring a twin bed in the loft, plus a daybed and trundle on the main floor.

KITCHENETTE
At the rear of the main floor living space is a practical kitchenette designed for preparing light meals and snacks. It features a standard sink, a larger mini-fridge, a microwave, single burner cook top and pots, and a coffee maker. We supply essential dishes and silverware. A dedicated desk is situated right next to the kitchenette, providing a quiet surface for dining or remote work, directly adjacent to the wall-mounted TV.

BATHROOM
The full bathroom is located on the main level for easy accessibility. It includes a white vanity sink with lower storage, a triple-bulb vanity light, and a large decorative mirror. The bathing area features a standard shower setup. We stock the bathroom with fresh gray towels neatly rolled on a wooden shelf unit, basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.

OUTDOOR SPACE & PARKING
Outside, the covered front porch serves as an extension of the living space. A small blue patio table with two matching chairs offers a place for outdoor dining or morning coffee. The property is set within a village of other colorful, unique tiny homes. Guests have access to a shared outdoor fire pit area on the property. Free parking is available directly on the premises, ensuring a straightforward arrival and departure process. The home is equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and heating to maintain comfortable temperatures year-round.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
