Went to a SEMO football game and this is an ideal place to stay for that activity. Able to tailgate then pop in to refresh drinks etc. I am calling this place the 3C place. It is cute, convenient and oh so comfortable. Beds and chairs are all comfy and you have plenty of room. Like the other reviews say it is clean and the owners communicate very well. There is a staircase to go up that can be daunting at first. But take your time and it gets easier. Would book again if the home games were open. Alas, I am not the only one that knows about this place.

Cute Place! All the conveniences to SEMO

I felt like I was stepping in my grandparents house with the cute retro vibe! This place was super cute and well stocked with everything we needed. The only downside were the steps, but it worked my leg muscles! Super convenient to SEMO and downtown Cape.

Great Location and accommodations

Everything was great! We loved how easy it was to access the events at SEMO. There are plenty of food options. We didn't have a car and walked to the river twice...very easy. The place was super cute and well appointed. We would stay again!

Three adults stayed in the 2 bedroom upper flat. The decor was modern and there was lots of space. Climbing the outdoor rusted iron staircase wasn't a problem. Several nice restaurants in the immediate area, including a plant based one.

Lovely Place! Close to Everything

Very nice place! I needed a place to stay for the month for clinical rotations for school, and the property owner worked with me with pricing. The loft is in the middle of everything in Cape! Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment right next to everything

Amazing experience, lovely property and the security was also great. Everything was clean and tidy, and they had plenty of extra towels, blankets, TP that most rentals I’ve experienced do not offer! I recommended to my parents who are also SEMO alumni. The next time I’m in town, I am booking here.

We are in town for a cousin's gathering we stayed Friday Saturday check-in process was amazing check out process was easy I would say the negative was the stairs that was the only negative to the place stairs could have been a lot safer and wider especially if you're drunk and you're walking upstairs late night other than that great place

Wonderful location

If you are looking to explore downtown Cape Girardeau or be close to SEMO for athletic events, this Loft is the perfect place to stay. It’s spacious and very comfortable. The property managers could not be more accessible and wonderful to work with. Check-in was a breeze and the stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Spacious, spotless apartment, good location

This apartment is spacious. Nice living room, separate dining area, two bedrooms (master with sitting area) and second bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was spotless and all furnishings in very good condition. The location is across from the university, and a nice walk (under 15 minutes) to Old Town and the Mississippi River. Communication from host was excellent. It is on 2nd floor with exterior access stairway, would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. A good experience. We would stay here again.
