Welcome to 'The Crystal Palace,' a distinctly purple tiny home located within a colorful, wooded village community. This accessible, open-concept studio is designed for practical comfort, featuring no-step entry and a streamlined layout that accommodates up to three guests.

PROPERTY LAYOUT & ACCESSIBILITY
The exterior of the property features a custom-built, gentle-grade wooden ramp that leads directly from the sidewalk to the front door, bypassing the need for stairs. This makes check-in and luggage transport straightforward. Inside, the space is laid out as an open-concept studio, ensuring easy movement between the living, sleeping, and dining areas.

LIVING & SLEEPING AREA
The main space serves as both the living and sleeping quarters. It features a standard queen-size bed equipped with comfortable, layered linens. Beside it is a vibrant purple convertible futon that functions as a seating area during the day and folds out into a secondary bed at night. A large, signature circular window is the focal point of the room, providing ample natural light throughout the day. The area includes a small dining table suitable for meals or setting up a laptop for remote work. A flat-screen TV is mounted for entertainment, and room-darkening shades are installed on the windows to assist with sleep. The climate is controlled by a mini-split, supplemented by a chandelier-style ceiling fan.

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette is fully functional for light meal preparation and reheating. It includes a microwave, a spacious mini-fridge with a separate freezer compartment, a Keurig coffee maker, and essential dishes and silverware. Please note: This property does not feature a stovetop or oven. It is best suited for guests planning to eat out at local restaurants, bring takeout, or prepare simple, no-cook meals during their stay. We do however have a Blackstone and Grill on the property.

BATHROOM
The private bathroom is located just off the main living space. It includes a modern white basin vanity with storage underneath, a toilet, and a standard shower/tub combination. Washcloths, hand towels, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for your convenience.

OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES
Your private entrance features a small wooden porch with seating, overlooking the village. The tiny home village itself is situated along a gravel path surrounded by tall trees and natural rock formations. Guests have access to a shared, central outdoor gathering area. This space features a large fire pit surrounded by eight bright turquoise Adirondack chairs and is illuminated by overhead string lights. A wooden pergola with an attached swing offers additional outdoor seating nearby.

WATERFRONT & GROUNDS
The property borders Boulder Creek. You can walk down the natural paths to access the water. The wooded surroundings provide a natural canopy, creating shaded areas throughout the village.

PARKING & ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Free parking is available on the premises. You will enter the property through a distinctive wooden archway marked 'Inspiration Village.' High-speed WiFi is provided, and exterior security cameras are present on the property for guest safety.
