The Avalon House is a newly renovated vacation rental owned by Avalon Campground, a short drive to everything the South Jersey Shore has to offer. This beautiful, historic home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room, covered front porch and massive wrap around porch overlooking the back yard. Up to twelve guests will enjoy access to all of our campground amenities. The Avalon House is now available during our 2024 season.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to The Pines at Clermont Golf Club. Enjoy features like a gym and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic home very much. While we have been camping in the area for the past 20 years, this was our first stay at a house. The home is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the closest beach, Cape May county zoo, grocery store, restaurants and other shopping attractions. We spent every morning and evening on the back deck. We also took full advantage of the pool after full days at the beach. I would recommend bringing a fan or sound machine to drown out the traffic while sleeping. Check in/check out procedures couldn’t be any easier. Very friendly host and staff on premises at the campground. We look forward to next years visit! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful home close to Avalon Beach! We shared this home with 3 families and had plenty of space for meals and games. The beds were new and super comfy. The patio is an amazing space complete with a fire table. As a guest at the house, you have access to the campground amenities like the pool and volleyball court. The Woodland Village shops were an amazing little gem tucked beside the home. We would definitely stay here again and hope to make it a new summer tradition!

Avalon vacation

The property is spacious to accommodate a large family. Beds are comfortable, although the seating area’s are not. There is a lack of trash cans in the rooms, and the kitchen lacks basic cooking utensils, large pots, toaster, blender, kitchen wash cloths and towels. Overall the outside area( porch) was nice, the amenities of the campground are a significant plus. We enjoyed are stay and would consider booking again. Avalon is lovely!

Loved it!

We had an amazing long weekend here. Michael was extremely attentive and supplied us with everything we needed. The house is as advertised, we all slept comfortably. Very clean and plenty of towels and even beach chairs. We loved getting to use the camp amenities like the pool and were able to walk to coffee and breakfast. The drive to the beach is easy, too! Would book again for a friends trip.

Great Labor Day Weekend

The house as described, was newly renovated so it was very clean, the sheets and mattresses were new. . The 3 full bathrooms were perfect for 10 people no one had to wait to use it. The house is located on a campground so when we had a little problem with a grill we just walked to the office and a staff member came right away and fixed it. The owner was very responsive and answered e mails very quickly. The house is located 10 min from a beautiful beach in Sea Isle City and 15 min away from Avalon also a beautiful beach. Overall, we had a great weekend we are very happy and thank you Michael for giving us the opportunity to stay there.
