THE HOUSE:
This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout. Everything in our home is on the first floor. The master has a private bathroom with a walk in shower with seat. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full hall bath with a shower and bathtub. All mattresses were brand new in 2025. The living room, kitchen and dining room are one large open concept room. The living room has a floor to ceiling gas fireplace and the TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps.
In front, there is a sun porch with rocking chairs. The backyard is fully fenced with a hot tub, sun deck, fire pit, dining area, gas grill, and an outdoor shower.
Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.
LOCATION:
The house is situated just 8 houses from the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing red-sky sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets. The beach is privately owned by homeowners, so no need for beach tags or any worry of large crowds! The beach is usually all yours to share with just a few neighbors. Quiet, relaxing and just a few houses down the street.
Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

Just minutes away from Victorian Cape May city center, the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining. The entire house is accessible, except a few owners closets. It is a single level home, the upstairs is unfinished and locked, and all the bedrooms are all on the first floor.
The house is on beach block, 8 houses away.
Beach access is one block to the left or right.
There are continuous recording cameras on the property, including a RING front door camera.
