This beautiful accommodation in the middle of Cape May's famed historic district is located just a ½ block from the beach. The Gray Cottage features an “upside down” floor plan, with a kitchen and living space on the second floor, in order to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views.

- Full kitchen and living room open concept are located on the second floor with a walk out to your private deck to enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room features a pullout sofa bed and large flat screen TV
- The kitchen includes 4 burner stove, cooking utensils, Nespresso Coffee Maker, marble counter-tops and breakfast bar and refrigerator
- The Master Bedroom is located on the main floor and features a King Bed with a private bathroom
- The second bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a Queen bed
- The third bedroom is located on the 1st floor and features a King bed
- Valet Parking and complimentary WiFi
- Guests of the Gray Cottage receive full guest privileges of Congress Hall amenities : (seasonal pool, beach service, and concierge)
- Special Terms: The cottage requires access to the 2nd floor via stairs and has no elevator access. Continental breakfast is not available with stays due to the cottage having a full kitchen
