This single-family home includes off street parking for 2 cars, a front porch to enjoy morning coffee, and a back yard area to enjoy summer nights complete with a table seating for 4 along with an outside shower. Inside the home, the first floor boasts a comfortable living room filled with natural light and TV. Continuing into the dining room with seating for 6, kitchen complete with modern appliances, bedroom with daybed and sliding door to backyard. Off the bedroom is the laundry room with washer and dryer and the first-floor bathroom with shower and bath. Second floor holds 3 bedrooms with 2 King beds and bedroom with 2 Full Beds. Off the main bedroom is the second-floor bathroom with shower and bath also with a hallway entrance. The basement of the house serves as a bonus living area with a TV and couch and the third bathroom.
