Steps from the best beach in New Jersey. Beautiful sunsets over the Bay and all the activities a family could want. This modern ranch is clean and comfortable. with room to sleep 15.

The home has a completely modern kitchen and bar. Large dining room table seats 10. 2 Full Bathrooms, outside shower. Three bedrooms with queen beds, fourth room is the "Bunkhouse" with 3 bunk Beds, 1 queen and 1 full size futon, great for stacking cousins.

Nice pets are allowed.

No linens or toilet paper

Beautiful house as pictured- clean, cute. Location was great. Major issue however was on arrival at 10pm there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no paper towels in the house. The owner responded to our text, however he offered no solution and we had to go buy them ourselves. Additionally, there were NO linens included- no sheets on the beds, no towels. If this was in the ad, it was not clear, and when we went back on the website that night to look the listing had been conveniently removed. So we arrived at 10pm with no option and he offered no assistance. If this is how the house is to be rented (which seems crazy especially for out of state travelers), I highly recommend ensuring out of state guests are forewarned. All that being said, we would stay there again if the sheets/TP was included.

Excellent!!!!!! AWESOME

Great location !!! Perfect in every way. Plenty of room, loved the bunk room. We went to have a girl's weekend with 8 women, we had a GREAT time at the house! The TV and fireplace was so great to grab a bottle wine and watch a movie. The kitchen and dining room openness was great for socializing while cooking. We definatly will be back!!!!!

Great Thanksgiving

We could not have ever imagined that our first time renting a house like this would be so great. It was exactly as described and very clean. There was a lot of information in in the folder on where to eat and places to visit. Even the weather cooperated. Being so close to the ocean was great!

Family beach house

The property location was great.....a minute walk to beach on the bay. The sunsets are spectacular and can be seen from the back porch. The house was well appointed with comfortable beds and pretty clean except for the dog hair under the sofa cushions and the beds. Kitchen appliances worked well. The Margaritaville machine was broken, ☹️ and leaked all over the place when we used it. Most beach amenities are stocked in the back shed. The main bathroom has plumbing issues and the drains do not drain properly and the bathtub was filthy because of that problem. There is a sagging floor in front of the master bedroom door which is an accident waiting to happen. The owners respond quickly to texts and emails.
