The owner’s spared no expense in providing this beautiful home with all new furniture, high-end appliances, mattresses, patio furniture and amenities for you to enjoy and make memories with friends and family. Plenty of parking options available within the two-car garage, driveway and on-street parking. The Cape May Shuttle is only 1 block away for a quick trip into town. The ultimate vacation retreat, you’ll find everything you need: a modern open-floor layout, an all-white kitchen with generous seating options inside and out. Indoors you’ll find a large dining room table and kitchen island with counter height stools. For al-fresco evenings, there is additional dining/seating on the covered back deck with a gas grill. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen, featuring brand new appliances and amenities: a blender, griddle, waffle maker, lobster pot, 4-in-1 coffee maker (lattes anyone?), bakeware and cookware. For extra food/beverage storage needs, a second full size refrigerator is located on the ground floor. The main floor is rounded out with ample seating in the living room for multi-family gatherings, an electric fireplace and a powder room off the side for convenience. The home comfortably sleeps 13 guests in five bedrooms: on the main floor you’ll find a primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and large closet. There are 4 additional bedrooms on the top floor: Two rooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, and one hallway full bath (with tub) is also available. Make your beach days easy with 10 beach chairs, toys, two beach carts, and umbrellas provided for you. After a fun day unwind on the front deck in a rocking chair with a book or glass of wine and watch the breathtaking sunsets. Rainy days, no problem! You'll find a ground floor “mini-arcade” packed with entertainment, featuring 6 vintage arcade machines with over 50 retro games, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a ping pong table, foosball table and a Nintendo mini console—a great space for kids and adults alike. Stream a movie on one of the 4 smart flat-screens TVs (2 in bedrooms, one in living room, one on ground floor), hook up to the Wi-Fi throughout the home or play one of the many board games that are available.Enjoy the beautiful heated, saltwater in-ground pool in the private fenced backyard. You can enjoy the sun by relaxing in the lounge chairs around the pool or curl up on one of the comfortable sofas under the covered patio. The outside shower rounds out the fenced in yard. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, ironing board, baby gates and more. Pool will be open May 1st-Sept 30th.
