104 Hideaway Loft Studio
This stylish loft-style studio is bright and airy and comfortably
accommodates up to two guests. Located in the heart of the Bo-Kaap, a
vibrant area that lies on the fringes of Cape Town’s city centre,
famous for its colourful houses and cobbled streets.
Upon entering the property, you will find a thoughtfully designed,
fully-equipped kitchen fitted with everything you need for a
comfortable self-catering stay. Appliances include a fridge, juicer,
Nespresso machine, microwave, washing machine, and oven. The kitchen
counter is accompanied by two barstools, doubling as an intimate
sitting area.
The living space is flooded with natural light pouring in from the
large windows, creating a soothing atmosphere ideal for a relaxing
stay. The room is furnished with a plush L-shaped sofa and footrests,
as well as a mounted flatscreen television, which creates the perfect
spot for entertainment. The dining space features a square dining table
with comfortable seating for two.
A beautifully designed spiral staircase leads to the second floor,
where you will find the bedroom. This space is illuminated by warm
indoor lighting, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It features a
queen-size bed, a dresser with a vanity, and ample storage space for
your wardrobe. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a washbasin
with a vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided during your
stay.
The Studios is the perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit
and explore one of Cape Town’s most vibrant and historic
neighbourhoods, the Bo-Kaap offers you a mix of culture, charm and
colour.
Please note that construction work is currently taking place both within the building complex and in the neighbouring building. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, daytime noise or the presence of contractors in communal areas may be expected.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 112 Buitengracht Street, Cape Town, 8001 (Entrance on 63 Rose Street).
