Not a good experience

What would have been a good experience was over shadowed my bad experience with host. Asked fot extra blanket, host said she woulf deliver it the next day, however she never did. I needed the internet during my stay however it was unavailablemy entire stay. Communicated with host about it and still did not get a favorable response. Was told to phone someone else coz they must sort it out. They did not answer or call mr back. Ended up having to be inconvenienced and go out of the apartment to find internet when I planned to do it in the comfort of the apartment. Surroundings got really noisy, even at night.
