Luxushaus in schöner Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil der Stadt und die Straße wird Nachts bewacht. Das Büro ist ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und alles lief problemlos ab. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend schön. Zur Rückseite sieht man den Tafelberg in seiner vollen Pracht, nach Vorne sieht man ein wenig das Meer und rundherum die Skyline von Kapstadt. Ein toller und luxuriöser Spar-Supermarkt, sowie einige Restaurants, Cafes und Autovermietungen sind fußläufig in einem 5 min Radius zu erreichen.
