The house is about 160 square meters and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with pleasant neighbors.
A 30 square meter, covered terrace with teak furniture, dining table, sun loungers and a bar invite you to relax. The glass wall protects you from the wind while barbecuing and sundowning.
Table Mountain, False Bay, beach, Somerset West and old and new harbor, nestled between the sandy beaches of Gordon's Bay, everything at a glance.
Another highlight is the pool area on the same level. As you swim, your gaze wanders across the sea to the mountain range of Table Mountain.
The facility corresponds to high European standards. Leather seating group, TV corner, desk with printer, dining table with six chairs, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice and filter water dispenser are just a few examples.

The larger one has a large double bed with two good, separate mattresses. The view from the window shows the beach, the new harbor and in the evening the sea of lights from Gordon's Bay, Strand and Somerset West. A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of space. The bathroom is right next door with two modern sinks opposite, toilet, shower and a bath with spa.
The smaller one has a single bed, also with a comfortable mattress, a desk and built-in closet. This view falls on the mountains.

Highly recommended

We had a wonderful holiday. Our hostess Karin was delightful. She made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. She gave us lots of local information and recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The accommodation was excellent, so comfortable that we felt like it was home from home. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and beds very comfortable.The views were amazing and it’s just minutes away from a lovely beach. It is a perfect place as central base to visit popular tourist areas and only half an hour from Cape Town Airport. When not out visiting you can relax on the patio with a view of table mountain or take a dip in the pool. All in all we would highly recommend staying here.

Es war alles perfekt!Das Haus ist noch schöner, als es auf den Fotos dargestellt ist. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Bei der großzügigen Ausstattung ist an alles gedacht worden.Es fängt mit dem vorhandenen WLAN an, geht über die Küchenausstattung bis zu den Handtüchern auf den Sonnenliegen und dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.Karin Weidlich ist eine sehr sympathische Frau, sie hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und stand die gesamte Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir haben von ihr Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen , die wirklich super waren.Der gesamte Kontakt mit Karin war sehr persönlich, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.Für uns ist sie die perfekte Gastgeberin.Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen und wir kommen definitiv wieder!
