This exquisite home with the perfect balance of luxury and comfort is
located in the vibrant Jamestown of the Stellenbosch Winelands in Cape
Town and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests for an unforgettable
family getaway.

Upon entering, guests will be greeted by the tastefully designed open
plan living space with stylish and modern finishes throughout. The
kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a
comfortable self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, airfryer,
coffee machine and washing machine for added convenience. Get cozy and
snuggle up in the very inviting lounge area where you can sit back and
enjoy your favourite TV shows on the flat screen TV. The dining area
seats 6 guests and provides an intimate space to enjoy delicious meals
with friends or family. Stay connected with high-speed wifi, and rest
assured knowing that the property is secure with an electric fence,
CCTV and alarm system. The wifi remains powered during loadshedding and
a gas stove allows for cooking even if the power is out. There is one
garage available to guests as well as two additional secure parking
bays on the driveway. The downstairs space also features a guest
toilet.

Step outside through large glass doors and find yourself in the
beautifully manicured private garden with a patio area, outdoor
furniture, an outdoor braai, a swimming pool, a kids play area and lush
green lawns. This is the perfect space for entertaining, letting the

all the bedrooms offering air conditioning and access to a stunning

main bedroom features a cozy king size bed and an en-suite bathroom
including a shower, toilet and basin with vanity. The second bedroom is
a sizeable guest suite with a king size bed, kitchenette and en-suite
bathroom also with a shower, toilet and basin with vanity. The third
bedroom provides two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom
with a bath, toilet and basin with vanity.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
