About this place
Private room, in a Victorian National Heritage House, very centrally located just off the trendy Kloof Street. Walking distance to coffee places, good restaurants, galleries, shops, supermarket, etc.
Table Mountain, Lions Head, Signal Hill, V&A Waterfront and beaches as Camps Bay, Clifton are easy to reach by bicycle, uber, bus.Also walking if you like.
1. We have a daily cleaner that can organize your room. (included).
2. You have plenty of space in our patios to enjoy coffee, drink and food
The space
The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a nice sitting and dining area next to a complete kitchen that you can use to prepare coffee/tea, warm food or keep your drinks. Also we have 1 front small garden patio with a place to sit and relax and a back patio that you can used as well. The main bedroom is in the second floor and is kept for personal used together with our office room. You will have your own privacy if you like.

Please take note of the house rules:
1. Smoking is only allowed in the OUTSIDE of the house (front and back patios)
2. Please, no eating inside the room. You can use the dining area or patios.
3. You’re welcome to make use of the appliances of the property to prepare coffee, tea, heat up some food and place your drinks in the fridge.
4. Unless is previously discussed, we prefer no visitors.
5. No washing machine for personal use, although our house attendant can do it for you.
Other things to note
Some recommendations I could make are walk freely around the neighborhood, it’s great for getting to know the life style of the Capetonians, but please be cautious with your belongings and do not go out alone at dark.
Another recommendation would be going for a coffee at any of the places around and taste the delicious South African biting’s.
Other popular places, just a walking distance from my house are The Company Gardens, Labia Theater, the busy Long Street, the Green Market Square market and the Bo Kaap area.
Parking: unfortunately we do not have parking at the house but there is plenty of Street parking and we have 24 hours security in the area. We can always organise other option if you really need a parking.
