Such a nice spot, yet not well managed. Disappointed customer experience!

We had numerous messages between us and Propr - the apartment’s property managers. When we arrived we immediately contacted them and sent photos of the dining room chairs which were peeling, terrible and unusable. They agreed but said they could not replace them in the 9 days we stayed in the apartment. We were told we would be compensated - well we haven’t been and there has been no further word on this. We were allocated 2 parking bays with one access tag. We requested an additional tag which was required to enter/exit the parking area on numerous occasions- again a lot of “we will look into it” - nothing. The apartment needs a little finesse! The drawers were dirty with no thought given to the additional linen. Two of our coffee mugs were chipped and the cooking utensils very poor/no cutting knife. So disappointed in the whole customer experience. The apartment is in a great spot with huge potential - but the client love needs huge attention. This is not a “designer” apartment.
