The kitchen is equipped with sufficient storage space with a mini
fridge, a microwave, and a single induction cooker for your
convenience, ensuring you enjoy a basic self-catering stay. The kitchen
counter features barstools, creating an intimate sitting area for two.
The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed with
nightstands and a wardrobe, as well as a sliding door opening to a
French balcony. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower,
a washbasin with vanity and bathroom cabinet, and a toilet. Linen and
towels are provided with your stay.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
