Spacious one-bedroom apartment has a quiet bedroom with great queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. Sunny living has two single beds with hotel quality mattresses dressed to create a comfortable lounge area.
Modern self-catering kitchen is fully equipped and features a big stove, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. It opens to the living with a breakfast bar to enjoy beautiful view to the Hottentots Mountains and the ocean, while having a meal or glass of wine.
Luxury old parquet floors, comfortable stylish furniture, good bed linen, kitchenware and crockery are there to make your stay pleasant.
Large bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.
Apartment is situated on the upper (3rd) level of a quiet and well secured residential complex, with gated yard for safe parking (gates with remote control). Complex does not have elevator, but the upper floor is easy reachable by different stairways.
