2 bedroom loft style apartment situated about 25 minutes from Waterfront. Situated up a steepish road. Had everything we needed for our stay. 1 king and 1 queen bed. Small balcony you could stand on with views over table mountain. There is a pool but out of service while we were there due to water shortage.

Poor customer service

The room was lovely, but we had requested a late check-out and were told this was not possible because there were other people arriving that day, but that we could leave our bags in the room. On the day we checked out, the door security told us there were no other guests arriving that day. The cleaner told us we could only leave the bags while she cleaned for 2 hours - until 12noon. We were not allowed to wait around the hotel complex either.

48 Harbour Terrace

No air condition, Additional payment for cleaning although dish washing required, Additional payment for late arrival, Deposit required in addition to prepaying for unit, Tub was leaking when I tried to use it and emailed owner about it and had not hear from her. Stayed there three nights. Overall it was good.

Perfectly located with excellent view to down town

It was good to stay at 48 Harbour Terrace, The reception was good and during my stay I did not experience any problems except for the Wi-Fi device which is now claiming replacement and it did not work perfectly (sometimes I had to unplug and re-plug and touch the wires to make it work). I am pleased with the place and the conditions.
