Another great stay at hotel verde before our flight. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner- all was good! Reception staff was helpful and informative.

Did not see the property around the hotel was only there one night and it was raining! The breakfast bar was loose and fell down, and the toilet would not flush properly but otherwise the room was great!

Window was broken when rain and strong wind was encountered in the middle of the night. Call the room service, a repair man was sent to take a pic of the broken window and left. Feedback was highlighted to the supervisior. Was questioned to why called room service instead of reception. Totally not satisfied with the question as regardless of which dept i called. The hotel should look into the issue and solved it. The room was very cold and the window area was wet. I had to endure the cold through the rest of the night and it is really not acceptable.
