The Docklands is a highly sought-after building with 24/7 security access control and secure covered parking. The building features a rooftop deck and pool with braai/bbq facilities and some of the best views in Cape Town.

The area is one of the most vibrant in Cape Town. It's not unusual to witness cultural parades buzzing with colour and music, Jazz festivals, processions of excited fans making their way to Cape Town Stadium, or locals and foreigners alike taking advantage of the rivalry between Cape Town's two great coffee houses, Truth and Origin. I had such a wonderful stay at Dockland Apartments in Cape Town! The location is absolutely perfect right by the waterfront, which makes it super easy to explore the city, enjoy the restaurants, and soak in the views. I also really appreciated how safe the building felt, with secure access and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that gave me total peace of mind throughout my stay. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and had everything I needed, but what truly made the experience stand out was the staff. They were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile it really felt like they went above and beyond to make my stay special. If you’re looking for a place that combines location, safety, and great service, Dockland Apartments is an amazing choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Cape Town!
